II. How can I make money in Real Estate?
There are Four Money-making Ways in Real Estate:
1. Through Referral. You don’t have to be full-time. You will only refer a buyer.
2. Through Selling. Be accredited as a Sales Agent.
3. Through Recruitment Incentive Program using REAP.
4. Through becoming a Sales Manager. (Needs an interview for qualification)
Tingnan natin kung paano ka kikita ng pera:
1st. Way – Through Referral – tulad ng sabi ko, hindi mo kailangan na mag-full-time agent. Kailangan mo lang na mag-refer ng buyer. Ang bawat mabibiling bahay at lupa na halagang Php1Million ay may incentive na Php10,000 (kung Php5Million ang Total Contract Price, ang iyong incentive ay Php50,000 {fifty thousand pesos}).
Example:
Total Contract Price = P1,000,000
Gross Commission (3%) = P30,000
Less: 10% w/holding tax = P-3,000
Net Commission = P27,000 )
Ito ang iyong kita kung ikaw ay Accredited Sales Agent sa aming team.
Using [REAP]-Real Estate Affiliate Program, I may sponsor several people directly under me on the early batch of sponsorship. That means the next batch of people to be sponsored as an Affiliate will go under the early members of my team.
So when I get complete strangers as early affiliates under me, then they will benefit from the other affiliates attracted to the business later on. All those future Affiliates (and the people that they attract) will be placed under my early Affiliates.

Baka pyramid scam iyan?
No, it's not a pyramid scheme.
It is a legitimate marketing program, because there is a legitimate and well-known product: PRO-FRIENDS AND MOLDEX Subdivisions.
Hindi ito pyramid scam dahil mayroong lehitimong produkto: ang ProFRIENDS and Moldex properties. Ang mga registered affiliates ay kikita pa rin ng pera kahit di sila mag-sponsor ng ibang affiliates. Paano? Sa pamamagitan ng accreditation, sila ay magiging legitimate seller ng ProFRIENDS at Moldex; pwede na silang kumita ng malaki through commissioning sa pamamagitan ng sales.

III. There are many other sales team where I can join, bakit sa team mo, Bener, ako magjo-join?
There’s no problem if you will join a team other than mine, but first, I want you to consider the following when joining a sales team:
· Credibility – You can just roam around Moldex office and ask everybody who is B1&B2 team, and they will definitely pinpoint us. And speaking about this team, tayo po ang recorded top seller awardee ng Moldex for 3 consecutive years from 2004 to 2007, and still being productive up to date. Tayo din po ang may pinakamatagal na team office sa Silang, meaning, we are always productive by being able to pay the monthly office rental ever since 2005 (more than 84 months na po ang opisina natin).
· Incentive Program – ask other sales team of Moldex if they know about REAP and you’ll find out that only our team provides this unique incentive program (kung mayron mang ibang kokopya, wala po silang originality).
· Opportunity – because Bener Alcaraz is a professional licensed broker, our team is able to have affiliation with different developers such as ProFriends. And there will always be business expansion in the coming future. Meaning, if you have established your career ground with my team, di po masasayang ang pagod niyo because of a lot of opportunities coming ahead.
IV. Hindi ako marunong ng Sales at masyado akong mahiyain, paano ako magkakaron ng benta o makakapag-Recruit?
